Bryant Crematory Services, LLC has been a trusted name in cremation equipment and service for nearly three decades. The company was founded in 1996 as CMS – Crematory Manufacturing and Service by the Stuart family in Rhode Island, with a mission to build durable, high-performance cremation systems and provide responsive, reliable service.

As CMS grew, it was joined by the Bryant family, whose strategic partnership helped expand operations and technical capabilities. The company later relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and rebranded as Bryant Crematory Services in 2017, reflecting the combined legacy of both founding families.

In 2023, ownership transitioned to Brian and Marian Wagner, who bring a strong commitment to honoring the company’s legacy while advancing its future through customer-first leadership, technical innovation, and operational excellence.

Over the years, Bryant Crematory Services has:

• Produced over 330 cremation units

• Built over 350 cremated remains processors

• Provided service and support to more than 480 funeral homes and mortuary services across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada

• Delivered solutions in all 50 U.S. states

Today, BCS proudly serves clients throughout the United States and Canada, delivering precision-engineered cremation systems, technical field service, and full-scale refurbishments for both modern and legacy units.
